With the exception of a few appointments that I will be doing for friends and family I will be out of the studio until January 3rd 2013. I am taking my annual holiday leave to spend much needed quality time with my family and friends.

I wish all of you a Happy Holiday Season and a Bangin’ New Year!

I want to thank everyone who has supported and encouraged me this past year. I am truly grateful for each and every one of you. Without all of you I would not be able to do what I love for a living. There is not a day that passes that I am not thankful for the opportunities that I have been given. If you have allowed me to tattoo you, illustrate for you, paint for you, draw for you, anybody who has supported my art in any way; that includes anybody who has simply “liked” or commented on work that I have posted, you have contributed positively to my livelihood. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you. My whole family is thankful for you.

I want to thank everyone who I work with at Tattooed Heart Studios. We are truly a collective effort and THS would not be the amazing establishment that it has grown to be without everyone’s hard work day in and day out. Amy Nicholls, Paul Natale and Jenn Lane-Shank, I couldn’t ask for a better crew to spend the majority of my time with. We are a small but powerful force and I hope to continue this journey with all of you for many years to come.

This post would not be honest and complete without me thanking everyone and everything who has made 2012 a difficult year for me. I have had to learn some hard lessons this year. I have had to let some friends go, I have had to fire some people, I have had money and property stolen from me, flooding at the studio, negative press, rumors spread, lawsuits threatened, medical issues, you name it. I would not change a thing though. Nothing. I am thankful for every literal punch to the face; all the bruises, cuts, and emotional scars. These experiences are what has shaped me to become the person that I am, and I love me. And I love you.

Thank You for being You, whoever You are.
