SAFETY GUIDELINES AT TATTOOED HEART STUDIOS

Tattooed Heart Studios is a private, appointment-only studio. We do not accept any walk-in traffic.

 

Our studio is comprised of a large reception area, an art gallery filled with impressive glass showcases, six tattoo rooms, a supply room, a dedicated 'clean' room, a kitchen/breakroom, and a restroom.

 

Each artist has their own private tattoo room, which will be your sparkly clean and calm tattoo oasis for the time that you are here at the studio. The glass walls on the front of each room allow for an open feel when wanted, and frosted glass privacy with the flick of a switch when desired. We hope that the layout of our studio, the mode of our business, and our dedication to your privacy and comfort will put you at ease.

At Tattooed Heart Studios, we have always done our best to maintain the highest standards in safety and health.

We have made some upgrades and changes to our procedures for enhanced health and safety. 

 

All existing health and public safety measures are still in effect and enforced.

CLIENT GUIDELINES:

Clients must wear a mask at all times in the studio.

We will provide each client with a level 4 mask. 
Clients will be asked to sanitize hands upon entry.

Clients may be asked to wear a face shield for certain tattoo placements. In that case, a face shield will be provided to the client. 
 

Clients may only bring in essential items such as phones, glasses, credit cards, or medically necessary items.

Clients may bring personal drinks and snacks. 

Small coolers/lunchboxes are allowed. 

Small bags/packs for personal belongings are allowed.

Clients may bring a book, music, headphones, kindle, iPad, or another entertainment device for use during their session. 

Clients will be required to wipe down and sanitize their phones and personal items they may need to touch during their visit upon entry.

Clients will make their artists and shop owners aware if they have a compromised immune system prior to consultations or appointments.

Clients can NOT have company or visitors during consultations or appointments.

Clients must wait outside of the studio until their appointment or consultation time. Do not enter any earlier than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Practice Social Distancing in common areas.

Clients will be asked to sanitize hands before and after touching surfaces in the studio. Ex: Restroom and Payment Kiosk

 

TATTOO ARTIST GUIDELINES:

Artists will communicate with their clients about health before appointments.

 

Artists will wear a mask during every consultation or appointment.
Artists will wash and sanitize hands upon entry. 

Artists will have hand sanitizer gel and disinfectant spray in each tattoo room.

Artists will clean and sanitize tattoo workstations after each client procedure.

Artists will clean and sanitize other workstations after each use.

Artists will do a daily health assessment for themselves.

Artists will be given a mandatory 2-week quarantine if they are exposed.
 

Artists will meet any additional guidelines established by the studio.

 

STUDIO PROCEDURES & PRACTICES:

Hand sanitizer and disinfectant station upon entry.

Hand sanitizer and disinfectant in every tattoo room.

Handshaking and other non-essential contact are not allowed. 

Personal Protective Equipment including masks and gloves must be worn by all artists.

Artists & Clients only. No additional guests are allowed in the studio.

Tattoo Appointment starts will be staggered to reduce exposure between clients.

Disposable covers on all digital equipment.

Regular disinfection of all high touch areas. 

Break room/kitchen is temporarily closed to clients.

No public use of coffee/water station, refrigerator, or snacks and candy.

Digital Release Forms will be filled out prior to appointments.

Contactless payment options are available. Apple, Android, Samsung accepted. 

We will be limiting conversational banter. Less talking means less spread of airborne particles. Sessions will be calm and quiet, accompanied by music. 

Artists have completed the Barbicide Covid19 Certification Test.

TATTOOED HEART STUDIOS CLIENT RELEASE FORM:

We have added new regulations to our already personal strict studio code of cleanliness and sterility. One of these regulations is for you to fill out the Client Release Form from the attached link below before you arrive at the studio. You are required to fill out the release form before you arrive. Please read through the release form carefully, fill it out, and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
